The location was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT and magnificent, close enough to the beach and shopping centres, bar's restaurants and Durban airport. It also was in a quiet area.

Neat and beautifully decorated rooms complete with shared bathroom, fridge and 2 single beds. It offers excellent, unbeatable location.

The staff is being very helpful and excellent. The units are outstanding, neat with 2 single beds. The location is the best and they have parking nearby. The hotel has a welcoming bar.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring that I felt right at home. The attention to detail was impressive, especially when it came to the basic amenities provided in the room. The towels were so soft and luxurious, it felt like sinking into a cloud. Plus, the location near the airport was incredibly convenient, allowing me to easily catch my flight without any hassle.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault a thing.

Stayed here for one night, everything was amazing, I thoroughly enjoyed the best and comfortable location in a quiet suburb. Well decorated units with shared bathroom, WiFi, as example, and the staff were very friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The location, close to the airport, was incredibly convenient for my travel needs. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms were comfortable, with towels soft enough to sink into. The breakfast provided each morning was a delicious start to the day.

We had missed our flight and Linda from Eden Rose offered to collect us from the airport. Linda and Richard were extremely friendly and helpful, even printing our air tickets for us. The dogs at the hotel were no problem, as they didn't run around the house. Richard arranged for a delicious breakfast tailored to our preferences and even arranged for an Uber to take us to the airport. The room was recently refurbished and well-appointed, with quality linens and towels. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Eden Rose for future visits.

The bathrooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. It was a relief to have a tidy and hygienic space to freshen up in. the location of the hotel was very convenient. It was close to the airport and a quick drive to nearby restaurants and shops. Lastly, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and ensure we had everything we needed.

The parking was limited and the driveway was quite bumpy, which made it difficult to navigate at times. the layout of the rooms was a bit confusing.

I also appreciated the attention to detail, like the rotating arm on the TV that allowed me to watch from any angle. great value for money and a delightful experience.

This hotel is the perfect location near the airport for an early start to your travels! You can even hear the ocean from the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely en-suite bathroom and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious with a range of options to choose from.

There was some confusion regarding the location description on the website and it was not exactly as expected.

During my Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised with two complementary gifts waiting for us in the room. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and a nearby mall. The room was spacious and had a lovely view.

The shared bathroom and toilet were not ideal, especially during busy times. We also found it inconvenient that breakfast was only served at a set time and could not be accommodated earlier for those with early flights.

my recent stay in la mercy was fantastic. the wedding ceremony at the b&b was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. the cozy rooms, friendly owners, and convenient location near the beach were all highlights that exceeded my expectations.
